Mark Burton

Managing Director


Mark has been at the forefront of residential lettings for 20 years and has established a large following of clients.  With a first class understanding or the local property market and an excellent knowledge of the complex laws associated with residential lettings.


Julie Woodley

Maintenance Co-ordinator


Julie has worked in the property industry since 1993 and has built up a large knowledge of Island properties and areas.  Julie thrives working as part of the maintenance team at Island Lettings and providing excellent customer service to Landlords and Tenants.


Heidi Folkes

Maintenance Co-ordinator


Heidi has been part of the team for 8 years, she has a varied knowledge of the lettings industry having worked in various roles within the business.  As part of the maintenance team Heidi is there to ensure the smooth running of the department and enjoys being able to provide the help and assistance our customers need.


Richard Dinning

Maintenance Co-ordinator


Richard has a background of primarily working in the public sector but joined the Island Lettings Maintenance Team in the summer of 2015, having recently graduated from the College of Estate Management with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Surveying. In addition to this Richard has also gained previous Property Management experience from another Island based firm and uses these attributes to ensure that any maintenance issues are dealt with in a smooth and timely manner for the benefit of both Tenant and Landlord.


Laura Chandler

Account Administrator


Laura joined the team in November 2014 and has an extensive background in customer services and administration. Laura has a very good knowledge of the lettings industry and works hard to ensure our landlords and tenants receive the best all round service possible.


Elly Scully-Syer

Tenancy Co-ordinator


Elly joined Island Lettings in November 2013 as the tenancy co-ordinator and focuses on new tenancy set ups and tenancy renewals, providing a first class customer service to new and existing clients.  Elly is currently studying towards a Level three in Residential Lettings and Property Management.


Matthew Dijkstra



Matthew has worked in the property industry for 4 years and has built up a strong knowledge of property all across the Isle Of Wight having worked in several locations across the Island.  Matthew has completed level 2 and 3 qualifications in the sale of residential property and is currently working towards his level 3 qualification in Lettings and Property Management.


Charlie Augustus

Lettings Administrator


Having 10 years experience in the property industry working in various locations across the Island Charlie has established an excellent understanding and knowledge of the local Property Industry.  Charlie takes on the role of tenancy set ups and renewals here at Island lettings and is currently completing an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Lettings and Property Management.


Georgina Knight

Accounts Clerk


Having joined Island Lettings in 2010, Georgina has now worked in the property industry for over 15 years.  Currently working within the accounts administration department, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure smooth transaction of payments to the appropriate parties.
