Island lettings are an independent letting agents that handle hundreds of properties Islandwide. The Company was established when three of the Isle of Wight's major lettings agencies merged together, thus creating one of the largest independent letting agents on the Island. The incorporated companies; Deacons, Fox Lettings and Home Lettings, have over 20 years experience in letting and property management on the Island and the combining of the three companies has brought together vastly experienced & fully trained staff, with expertise in all areas of the lettings market. There are complex laws relating to the letting of residential property and it is therefore of paramount importance that your lettings agent is a professional organisation, fully versed on current legislation. There are a number of agents on the Island that operate a small lettings department to support their sales department but Island Lettings solely concentrate on Lettings and Property Management and therefore provide a completely dedicated service to this area of the property market.
Island lettings offer both Landlords and Tenants a personal, first class, professional and friendly service, which is currently enjoyed by hundreds of clients. With advertising through four High Street branches, the IW County Press, rightmove and www.islandlettings.co.uk, Island Lettings are able to provide excellent Islandwide coverage for landlord clients. The offices are open 6 days a week, until 5.30pm on weekdays & 4pm on Saturdays.
