Mark has been at the forefront of residential lettings for 25 years and has established a large following of clients. With a first class understanding of the local property market and an excellent knowledge of the complex laws associated with residential lettings.

Elly Griffin

Office Manager

Bio

Elly joined Island Lettings in November 2013 as the tenancy co-ordinator and has progressed to our office manager. Elly focuses on overseeing administrative aspects of the business, customer care and new business, providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients. Elly has achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Property Letting and Property Management.

Heidi Folkes

Maintenance Manager

Bio

Heidi has been part of the team for 12 years and has acquired a varied in depth knowledge of the lettings industry, having worked in various roles within the business Heidi has now progressed to Maintenance Manager. As the Maintenance Manager Heidi is there to ensure the smooth running of the department and enjoys being able to provide the help and assistance to our customers need.

Alan Dyson

Maintenance Consultant

Bio

Alan joined the maintenance team in March of 2016 following the acquisition of Crocker Lettings. He has a construction and technical design and management background spanning forty-seven years, gained in the U.K, Ireland, USA, Middle and Far East and has been responsible for managing the design and building of over two thousand homes throughout the U.K and most latterly specifically on the Island – he also brings experience of building problem analysis and resolution including negotiation with regulators through the maze of technical legislation now applied to housing.

Luke Timms

Maintenance Co-ordinator

Bio

Luke recently joined the maintenance team and has been in the property industry for 5 years, moving from the public rented & student private sector handling property management for thousands of tenants. Luke has dealt with all aspects of property management and brings a good level of experience to the Maintenance Department.

Georgina Knight

Accounts Clerk

Bio

Having joined Island Lettings in 2010, Georgina has now worked in the property industry for over 15 years. Currently working within the accounts administration department, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure smooth transaction of payments to the appropriate parties.

Laura Chandler

Lettings Co-ordinator

Bio

Laura joined the team in November 2014 and has an extensive background in customer services and administration. Laura has a very good knowledge of the lettings industry and works hard to ensure our landlords and tenants receive the best all round service possible.

Louisa Blake

Tenancy Co-ordinator

Bio

Louisa joined Island Lettings in April 2016 as an apprentice, successfully having achieved a Level 3 in Customer Service, and has now become a highly valued member of the team. Providing a friendly and welcoming approach, Louisa has excelled in her role as a negotiator, and is continuously progressing her skills and knowledge within the industry and is now our new Tenancy Co-ordinator.

Wendy joined the team in March 2016 following the acquisition of Crocker Lettings. Having worked in a customer focused role for a number of years Wendy presents a friendly and approachable manner and enjoys assisting prospective Tenants to find their next home.
