This fee is applicable to any new tenancy (not renewal of a tenancy) incepted by our agency and contributes towards the cost to:
Tenancy renewal fees:
A tenancy renewal fee of £72.00 (inclusive of vat) will be payable upon renewal of the tenancy agreement. This cost covers the administration involved to negotiate the new tenancy term, prepare and draft the new Assured Shorthold Tenancy and associated deposit protection paperwork and tenancy addendums, and to issue copies to both parties.
We are member of a redress scheme
How it works: By law, Property Agents are required to join a government authorised consumer redress scheme. The purpose of this is to give consumers of the Property Agent an escalated complaints procedure if they are unhappy with how their complaint has been dealt with by the Agent.
